Our founder, Grace Zhang, saw first-hand how overwhelming the mortgage process could be, especially for first home buyers and new migrants navigating an unfamiliar market. She built Sunshine Mortgages to bridge that gap, creating a brokerage that puts people first and makes the lending process transparent and accessible.
