Mortgage Broker / Adviser

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Mortgage Broker to join our growing team. If you are passionate about helping people achieve their property dreams and thrive in a supportive, dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Assess client needs and recommend suitable lending products
  • Manage the full mortgage application process from enquiry to settlement
  • Stay current with lender policies, interest rates, and market trends
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • New Zealand Financial Advisers licence (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
  • Experience in banking, finance, or real estate is preferred but not essential
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages (Mandarin, Hindi, etc.) a strong advantage
  • Full New Zealand drivers licence
